MEMORY CREATIONS LLC — REAL ESTATE MEDIA TERMS
Booking & access. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to arrange access to the property and to order the selected services. Please provide accurate access instructions, an on-site contact, and notice of pets, alarms, occupants, hazards, or other conditions that may affect the appointment.
Scheduling. Your requested appointment is confirmed only after approval by Memory Creations LLC. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations. Same-day cancellations, unavailable access, or a property that is not ready for the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation or return-trip fee.
Property readiness. The property should be photo-ready before our arrival: clean, decluttered, well-lit, and with personal items removed as desired. We may make minor styling adjustments for the photograph, but we are not responsible for cleaning, moving heavy items, or preparing the property.
Weather & drone work. Exterior, twilight, and drone services depend on weather, airspace, and safe operating conditions. If conditions are unsuitable, we will reschedule or offer the best available alternative.
Delivery, revisions & payment. Media is delivered through your client portal. Please submit standard revision requests within 5 calendar days of delivery. Additional revisions, reshoots, or changes outside the original scope may incur an additional fee. Payment is due according to the invoice terms and before final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Usage. Media is licensed to the ordering agent or client for marketing the specific property. Memory Creations LLC retains copyright and may use the work for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.
